The museum of vegetables is designed in an old farmers barn. It consists out of two exhibition parts. The first part is the earth loaf, with a collection of gardening tools, a strange underground section with cruel stories and fairy tales, and another section that shows how vegetables are growing.

The second part of the exhibition is focussing on the eating, tasting  and promoting of vegetables with a state of the art kitchen for demonstrations by known chefs.
